P3 athlete works with professional and elite level college and high school athletes. We specialize in custom training program design, based on the scientific testing of the athlete. All of our clients are tested in a laboratory, taking measurements of speed, power, aerobic capacity, and body composition. Allowing us to tailor every aspect of their training to maximize their abilities and performance on the field.

P3 Athlete is the philosophical belief that athletes must embody three key characteristics to reach true success. A P3 Athlete must be Powerful; They must take Pride in what they do; and most importantly, they Prevail regardless of the obstacles placed in front of them.
