This is what Schaf Tal or ST was looking for in their logo design

Need a logo to use for both Entities. Looking for a modern design not a typical agricultural design. This is for an organic sheep farm and it''s distribution of organic lamb meat. Would like it to reflect the richness and delicacy of premium organic lamb. "Outside the box" ideas welcomed.
May use Schaf Tal only as the brand then interchange farms and meats. Encourage ideas not agricultural. Not interested in organic as being a focal point more just info. want to display a more modern sophisticated/ premium type feel as we sell to upscale restaurants and private customers.
