Logo Design Project

This is what Business Backstage was looking for in their logo design

I want a redesign of my logo www.businessbackstage.com.
The underlying idea of what I'd love to see is the stage curtain.
It does lean itself to a stylist version of B as well.
The font of business backstage can be changed if it needs to support the logo design. I'd like to stay with a red-ish color scheme.
No cultural direction - although main business in Australia.
The core business is sales and marketing strategy consulting...understand what the audience wants, do the right planning and preparation(rehearsal), perform and persuade the customer.
Target market: male-senior management -technology

Values: clarity - performance - outside comfort zones - work&fun - confidence in performing
