Logo to stand out and shout what I do as well as relevant

This is what Accommodate UK LTD, Letting & Property Management Services was looking for in their logo design

Accommodate UK LTD is the company trading name. I am initially starting up by myself and will be an online agent providing letting and property management services.

I am therefore modern, current and relevant in this current market.

I am looking for a very simple and easy to read design as looking at the other agents out there, they have their own name as the company name and it is very corporate and impersonal.

I am a one man band offering an all round service to home owners. Clients use my services because they trust the advice I provide as I give them the full picture and empower them by doing so.
