This is what EDUCISE RESOURCES INC. Educate the Body-Exercise the Mind was looking for in their logo design

Educise Resources Inc. (Educise) provides professional continuing education live seminars and home study courses for health professionals. We offer hands-on learning for physical, occupational and massage therapists and athletic trainers to help people rehabilitate from injuries and achieve their fitness goals. We like the colors teal or aqua blue and purple. The design should communicate: knowledge, health and fitness.
Our mantra is "Educate the Body- Exercise the Mind".
We like the idea of easy to read block font (prefer dark purple or teal) with shadowing to stand out wrapped around a brain exercising (thinking) with a graduation cap on top and arms/legs beneath it lifting a barbell (a real looking brain, not a cartoon type, with muscular arms and legs, in bright colors) desirable to have a diploma in one hand and a weight in the other, looking very fit and a bit fun too.
