This is what Nurtured Pediatrics was looking for in their logo design

I need a more modern version of the current logo (can be seen here: https://nurturedpeds.com/. The logo must have a version of a baby and a sprout in it.
Font needs to be approachable yet modern and have more weight to it than the current one does.
