PWSC MASH UP LOGO - see description

This is what as above attached are existing logos for the businesses - i'm open to changing them to complement each other more was looking for in their logo design

I have 2 complimentary businesses and i want to feature them both on a marketing poster. One is a surgical practice named Peak Surgical and Wound Care and the other is a medical spa called Peak Skin and wellness center ... so both have the same initials....
