French patisserie selling macarons and pastries, need a logo

This is what Eclat (with a french E) was looking for in their logo design

i am selling french macarons and pastries. want a logo looking very classy sophisticated, yet friendly. all ages. want a plain text look- like file attached- that's what I've started to work on. the text i want should be turquise bluey-gold look, with pretty texture- like damyel's logo... i am starting as a home based business so will be making home orders. but then want to go into full fledged on site pattisserie business. i want a really hit off logo! revolutionizing the world of macaron making!
