Gatemate logo with blue cattle dog caricature

This is what Gatemate was looking for in their logo design

1/ We have a business called GATEMATE that has a domain name gatem8.com.au that I want to link with it.
2/ In the logo design I would like the “A” or “a” in gatemate to incorporate the “8”but look like an “A” or a” - GATEM8TE or gatem8te.
3/ COULD BE SIMILAR IDEA TO THE ONESTEEL LOGO I HAVE UPLOADED. They have incorporated the number “1” in the letter “n”
4/ Lettering can be upper or low case.
5/ GATEMATE COULD BE ONE OR TWO WORDS GATE MATE
6/ Colours could be red (like Coca Cola )
Silver, black & Blue.
