Boutique real estate development, investment and consulting firm need a corporate logo

This is what RISER CAPITAL was looking for in their logo design

Simple classic yet modern design to feel like a private equity company with maybe an small icon such as a mossy oak tree stand alone or built into the logo. Also open to an "R" design in lieu of tree icon. We live in the low country of South Carolina USA and would perhaps like an icon to reflect same. No slogans. Colors should be navy blue, gold and white. Sophisticated yet simple and easy to read for website and potential apparel. Easy to reverse colors as needed for future design needs so no gradients.
