Ship Docking Pilots in New York Harbor

This is what Harbor Pilots of New York / New Jersey was looking for in their logo design

I would like to create a logo mainly for putting on hats, t shirts and apparel. I would like something that will look good both embroidered and screen printed. The logo is for a group of harbor pilots based in New York. We bring the ships in and out of NY Harbor and I would like to catch the impressive size and design of the containerships we command as well as represent the port of New York / New Jersey. I made a logo a few years ago that I think we can work off of but I do not want the tugboat on the logo. I would like the logo to include a containership, the pilot flag which is white and red and probably the Statue of Liberty to represent NY. I am open to including other nautical theming if it seems appropriate such as a compass rose around the exterior. Read more
