Dental clinic logo- we are moving to a new location and want to redesign our logo/rebrand

This is what Cadence Dental was looking for in their logo design

I’d like a logo that includes the name “Cadence Dental” and then a CD monogram design with or without a tooth, or just a C with a tooth that goes with it that can be used with and without the name.
