small notary office in The Netherlands needs a logo design

This is what Notaris Oude Hengel was looking for in their logo design

Hi,
For a new, really small notary office in The Hague, The Netherlands, I need a logo design. The company will be called 'Notaris Oude Hengel' (my last name). As a notary, now attached to a mid-sized firm, I will start my new office soon.
USP's are really personal, pragmatic, accesible and hands-on service on company and family law. I like the color blue in the logo, for example RAL 5002.
