Design a logo for small real estate firm owned by one person in Chicago

This is what Kropp Realty- Real Estate and Mortgage Services was looking for in their logo design

After 23 years as real estate agent only helping buyers, I am transitioning to realtor that helps buyers and sellers. I am small independant real estate firm that also handles home loans for my buyer clients.
I would like to see a logo that emphasizes a small nimble local modern tech-savvy we-do-it-all and do it full spectrum real estate services. I hold the hand of my clients in a way that large real estate brokerages cannot because of extensive skills and 23 years of experience and low overhead. Rebates are available to buyers. The final design should communicate that Kropp (that's me) is at the helm and inspire confidence in buyers and sellers of homes to put their faith in me and my team to handle the biggest deal of their lifetimes.
