Logo for Vacation Rental Investment/Management Business

This is what Mid South Vacations was looking for in their logo design

I'm starting a business called Mid South Vacations, based in Nashville, that provides vacation rental investment and management services for homeowners/investors. The company can serve as a real estate agent to help buyers find and purchase investment properties, help with filing paperwork needed to turn it into a short term rental, and provide full-service management once the rental is active. Looking for something simple and clean, that hints at high-quality, luxury. I'm in general a fan of black/gold/white color schemes.
