Growing Pro, A athlete development company working specially with young professional athletes

This is what GP (or Growing Pro) was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo for a Athlete Development company called Growing Pro. What we do is work with 15-24 year old athlete's building personal development plans for them. Focusing on the technical side of there respective sport, phycological tools to help them perform under pressure. And off field guidance from a nutrition and physical standpoint so they are honing there skills from all angles. We value humility, hard work, and want to help athletes that want to squeeze the most out of there career. We want our logo to be hip and edgy but also clean. We made some logos ourselves as a starting point but want to professionalize our logo. If we can incorporate elements of growth (growing) maybe some nature elements would be ok.
