New Vegan Restaurant Co. Logo Design in Chicago

This is what Food Of Geniuses Cafe (underneath it can say...Plant-Powered Kitchen) was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for our new Restaurant, based in Chicago called The Food of Geniuses Bistro. We serve (like 99%) only plant-based foods (some are vegetarian as they contain some milk, but otherwise they are all plant-based or vegan). Just for reference, you don't have to put the "The" in the name, it can just be "Food of Geniuses Bistro". We are located in the Medical District of Chicago (near a lot of hospitals). The name suggests that we are serving the "food of geniuses" and that would be correct. Many famous Geniuses, like Albert Einstein, George Washington Carver, Thomas Edison, Tesla, Benjamin Franklin, Charles Darwin, Mark Twain and so many others were both Geniuses (inventors, writers, etc) and were Vegetarians!
