Logo creation - Climate Action Nurses (Australian and Pacific nursing organisation)

Design a logo for Climate Action Nurses, an organization focused on empowering, educating, and activating nurses in Australia and the Pacific in the field of climate health. The logo should incorporate a color palette that includes earthy greens to symbolize climate health, sustainability, and the environment, as well as blues to represent healthcare. The logo should visually convey the organization's mission and resonate with nurses engaged in climate health within their communities and healthcare organizations. We do have a mascot (attached) but want something professional to use as a branding logo.
