Logo for Portuguese Walking Food Tours

This is what Taste Fully Tours was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo for my walking food tours starting in Setúbal, Portugal this spring. The tours will eventually branch out to other small cities in Portugal, later adding shopping and cultural excursions. I like the casual yet sophisticated nature of the font used in the Visit Setúbal logo (https://visitsetubal.com/). Color palette ideas are welcome but the logo should be two-color (black and white).
