The Poetic Type – logo for custom typewriter poetry service

This is what The Poetic Type, Rachel Westbury was looking for in their logo design

I'm seeking a logo design for my new service called The Poetic Type, a custom typewriter poetry service. I plan to use a paper embossing stamp on each poem I deliver, so a circular design would suit best.

I'm inspired by vintage circular stamps, nature motifs, typewriter and script fonts, and ink splatters. As a brand, The Poetic Type is evocative of vintage nostalgia, simplicity, and painterly art from the romantic era. I plan to use a predominantly monochrome colour scheme, but I also adore emerald green and am open to using that as an accent colour. I love imperfection, texture, and an organic old-timey touch.
