This is what J.E.M. Precision Grading was looking for in their logo design

Looking for a logo for my grading company. The company will specialize in laser grading baseball fields. But will offer other land grading services. Please see the attached picture of some thing I drew up trying to Think of some ideas I’m not necessarily set with that type of logo design I’m open to see some new ideas. I was playing off the company name J.E.M. as it relates to Gem ??. But then also thought about how a baseball field is also referred to as a baseball diamond.
