Logo design for Employment web for low-skilled jobseekers

This is what TeRecomiendo.org was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for an employment website devised to help ‘blue collar’ jobseekers (ie. in the construction sector, house cleaning, etc) find a job by linking them with those who already know them and have a certain position within the labour market. Our mission is to give dignity to blue collar workers’ job search process by avoiding them become ‘a number’ to employers who offer a job. Instead, thanks to TeRecomiendo.org, they will be able to differentiate themselves from their peers by asking their previous employers, teachers etc to add a recommendation in their professional profile to which employers will have access. We would like the logo design to communicate the connection between the lower-skilled community and the higher-skilled community, both integrated in the labour market network. Read more
