This is what Keeping Crime North of Harrison Street Since 1855 was looking for in their logo design

Current logo was designed 15-20 years ago by an employee with minimal graphic design skills. Would like to update/modernize logo for use on apparel and other items for the police union. Attached is a picture of the current logo as well as sample photos for reference on the hat the skeleton is wearing in the picture.
