Blackbird incorporated to logo; should look organic

This is what Blackbird Animal Health was looking for in their logo design

Design should Include crow or raven style of bird. Would consider silhouettes, but realistic is good too; would like logo to be somewhat compact and easy to use with emboidered uniforms and marketing items; I like designs in which the bird is interacting with the business name in some way.
