This is what Arlington Health was looking for in their logo design

Looking for a logo design to be used for all branding. Once first design is accepted multiple sub brands will also be awarded to the same designer.
Arlington Health is the operating company behind a medical practice in Ohio Attached is a preliminary design created on adobe. we'd like the medical cross incorporated in some way if possible.
