Blue Phoenix Enterprises Logo Design Project

I need a design for the above entity that is original, memorable, and would look GREAT on a big screen at events as well as giveaways (bags journals, etc. ). The phoenix you have above looks like a woman dancing and a Phoenix with the head facing in the correct position(up) all at the same time. Its amazing! Most of the conferences I do are women's events so this is perfect. It needs to be beautiful yet powerful. You don't have to include this in the design but the tagline is "RISE: Relentlessly Inspiring Self Empowerment". It also represents rebirth, power and elegance. Please use some Blue in the design but I am open to other colours that POP/complement the design.
