This is what Recruitly was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo for a new recruiting software that job recruiters will use to purchase resumes of jobseekers.

We would like to use an iconic owl as a part of the logo. Please see the attached image as a starting point for ideas. Incorporating a resume icon is also desired but not required if makes the design too busy. Read more
