I need to upgrade my logo for my real estate brokerage. We specialize in negotiating short sales for sellers that owe more than there home is worth. Originally iAgent Real Estate was started to strictly be a upfront fee for MLS listing company done solely through our website. It is now necessary to change our website completely and upgrade logo and signs to fall in line with what the Brokerage Does now and that is List and sell homes that are worth less than what is owed to the Bank.
