Hip casual mexican restaurant needs a logo face lift

This is what Little Ass - Mexican Street Food was looking for in their logo design

Our business name is 'Little Ass Mexican Street Food'

Our current logo has done us well in the past and the new one must maintain the same donkey exactly as it is, but you are free to change to single colour format(eg. black).

We are a premium quality mexican street food restaurant, serving burritos, tacos, quesadillas and homemade soft drinks.
The logo must communicate: high value & quality, fresh, slick & clean.

The logo should be in on a company seal format. See attached examples. With the donkey located in the centre of company logo.

The logo will be applied to restaurant signage, t-shirts, caps, aprons, to-go menus, website, social media, vans and product labelling.
