New Brand Logo and App Logo for Healthcare App Start up Company

This is what iRehabDoc was looking for in their logo design

UPDATE: we would like to see some sort of representation of electronic documentation

We need both a Brand Logo and an iPad App Logo!

We would like to see an implementation of all practices; PT (physical therapists), OT(occupational therapists), SLP (Speech & Language Pathologist), and MSW (Master of Social Work). This could be a symbol signifying that practice or the words. Something creative that looks good!

Just some knowledge: Physical therapy focuses on mobility, OT on self help/activities of daily living and SLP on speech, swallowing and language, and MSW does counseling, assess a patients psychological levels, mediation and advocacy.

We would like to keep a similar color scheme, more colors can be added, but the blue is our main color.
