Overview
Rouse Hill Anglican church is located in Sydney’s North West Region, one of the fastest developing areas of Sydney. The church has approximately 200 members, and is growing every month.
The growth has meant that a new building was built in 2008 to accommodate the future growth. The church is held in the modern auditorium, named the Ministry & Education Centre – it is a fun, lively and community oriented atmosphere and is a church that is an absolute joy to be a part of.
Based on the Australian Bureau of Statistics, the Rouse Hill region has a higher than average “Christian” population as noted in the 4 yearly consensus, however a disproportionately large number of people not attending a church. So what this tells us, is that people in the area have some sort of affiliation or connection to Christianity or Churches, in fact 22% consider themselves “Anglican”, but are not actively going… Read more
