Out for Sydney LGBT mentoring organisation needs a logo

This is what Out for Sydney was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo for a new mentoring organisation for LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) undergraduate students in Sydney who are interested in professional services. Our organisation matches students at university in Sydney with professionals working at companies and in industries that they might be interested in working. We'd like to see designs that are potentially colourful (though not required) without explicitly using a rainbow or other explicit LGBT iconography. The final design should communicate professionalism but also community and openness. Read more
