Hockey Jersey Design Template with 3D Shark Logo

This is what Crosse Studios was looking for in their logo design

I'm looking for someone to design a hockey jersey for sublimation print. The team name is "Megalodons" (which is a pre-historic shark). I envision a 3D shark biting out of the front of the jersey through a hockey stick with the text "Megalodons" around it. Numbers on the back.

I have attached 3 documents to help you.
1. Lax Example - This is an example of the same style/feel I would like for the 3D logo.
2. Hockey Template - This is the file you will modify and the one I will submit to the printing company.
3. Color Scheme Example - Use these colors for the jersey. The base color for the jersey should be teal, but incorporate aqua and flashy yellow, and any other color you think looks good.

Remember, you MUST submit your design as the "Hockey Template" file because I will send that directly to the printing company.

Also, attach the numbers 1-9 like the current Hockey Template.
