Logo Design Project

This is what Retain or Retain Recruitment was looking for in their logo design

We are a boutique IT recruitment firm called, Retain.

I'd like something less corporate, but want the logo to express our professionalism.

I'm drawn to black white and grey with bright colours, such as orange over grey, but please do not limit your ideas to this.

Essentially I'm open to you guys expressing your creative skills.
