Looking for exciting logo for CRM software company

This is what Teal CRM was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo done up for a software program we are designing. The program is called "Teal CRM".

We are a Canadian company but need something Canadian like but also need something that matches our colour scheme found at http://www.tealcrm.com.

We provide software that our customers use to manage their customer lists and deals. The software is basically a task and sales tracking tool.

Attached is our old logo but we need something a bit more that can pop.
