Our new Property development and house renovation business needs a logo design

This is what Townside was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design that can also be reproduced on other stationery for our new company called "Townside Developments Pty Ltd." based out of Sydney. The business has two main areas of focus; 1. Purchasing old houses, renovating and selling for profit. 2. Developing properties through sub division, strata title developments. The final design should reflect both these areas and the fact that we not only do work in a "Town"/City environment, but also develop and renovate properties in outer suburbs and regional areas.
