Placeholder landing page + signup form

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their landing page design

We are an App based startup. We are looking for a really basic (but sexy) placeholder page for our website. We are also about to launch a beta test and would like an nice looking signup form. These two pages need to be separate, as one is only temporary.
