3D Design Brief

I am looking for a 3D CGI image of the front of my property development project to use as a marketing tool and bring the project to life with a photo like image. I have elevation plans in PDF and can provide these in CAD or DWG files if that helps. I am happy for you to just provide examples of this type of work if you would prefer unless you are happy to produce a sample of my project prior to me choosing you. I can also provide a photo image of a similar project so you get a better understanding of what the finished project will look like. The property will be finished in a new england style and has been modelled on this type of property. I have also attached a sample CGI so you get an idea of what I am looking for. I have now also added the kitchen layout and example design for one of the kitchens
