Brochure Design Brief

We need a DL size brochure designed for Medical practice to advertise that we are accepting new patients. Our practice has special interests in women's and children's health and seniors health. Our existing advertising materials are in the colour scheme of purples I have uploaded our logo which includes our colour scheme.

Must have

• The practice logo of just the picture not Dr Jenny Smiley.
• Purple colour scheme.
• Practice name: Gwynneville Medical Practice.
• Address: 220 Gipps Rd, Gwynneville NSW 2500.
• Phone: 4229 2422.
• DL size brochure
• Welcoming new patients ( a strong emphasis needs to be placed on this)
• Nurse and onsite ECG's and lung function tests.
• Travel vaccines including yellow fever
• Bulk billing for tertiary students
• We would also like design to alter the text so that we can change the points to be reflect who we are targeting at the time.

Nice to have

• The practice logo with Dr Jenny Smiley somewhere not as a feature as the practice no longer goes under this name but is still well known as Dr Smiley's.
