I may change this to guaranteed. I have never used this site before. I need a new logo and will pay for a good one. I am just afraid things won't come in and I will pay for something I cannot use.

Same here... I truly appreciate the interest in me working on your design, but I no longer accept jobs that are not guaranteed. Too many hours wasted.
