Logo Design Brief

I have recently opened "Pirate Travel Services", with the tag line "For Uncompromising Captains". My clientele is high end mostly and consist of leisure travelers and families, groups, corporate incentives, destination weddings and honeymoons. They are a pretty conservative group for the most part, however I don't want it to be too stuffy, it should be a little "savvy". I like more muted colors than bright. Thank you in advance.
