Logo Design Brief
This is a logo for a building client.
It is not to be cartoon like nor use fonts that are widely available and recognisable (ie tahoma etc)
They are a high class company, so the logo needs to reflect this. They mostly work on residental houses - so no tall rise building icons etc.

Must have
- A bold DB with a simply icon within the logo. (whether it be at the front or to the side at the front)
Very simple. Not too many lines or clipart icons etc
Nice to have
- It would nice to see a play on letters (ie the db) allowing the tall parts to form the logo. Not essential though.
Happy to have lowercase db or upper case DB
Should not have
- No cursive fonts, no clipart, no basic fonts.
