Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The company is called Metroplex Valuations LLC. We are a residential real estate appraisal firm. Personally I like modern/contemporary designs (circa 1950's & 1960's) but I'm open to anything that pops. I would like this design to be able to be used for the front of a business card, letterhead and top of a website. Thank you in advance!!
