Are you looking for these in vector or raster format?

Vector would be nice, but not strictly necessary. This will ultimately be used as a png file on screen and rendered as bits (raster) when printed. As long as each pixel size is hand tuned then vector is not required, so I won't be scaling it.

Do you mean you want to make the borders of the circles thinner than the previous?

No, I don't think that's what I mean. Right now there are no borders at all - it is either solid white or solid black. The new option is white with a thin black border. Is that more clear?
