Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo for Orbital Media Networks, Inc., a Denver company that transports radio and Internet signals via satellite. We would like to build brand recognition with the logo, so it should be simple yet tell our story in a subtle way. We are open to a logo that is simply artwork with the name of the company adjacent or the name with art integrated. We would like two versions: one with the full name of the company and one with the stylized acronym "OMNi" A starter concept is attached, but we feel that it doesn't have enough "WOW" factor and is missing the basis for the acronym version (no Inc. incorporated)
