Logo Design Brief

I've just started up an electrical company, and I would like a simple, but effective and interesting logo. The company is based in Sydney, and will be local and small/medium in size. The company will be mainly involved in domestic and commercial electrical work. I am 27 years old and would like the logo to suggest a youthful and professional new addition to my area of work.

I request that there are no lightning bolts as these have been used by a previous boss for his own electrical company.
