Logo Design Brief

Need logo created as eps. I have a pretty good idea of what I am looking for. Need the logo created as a cross between two other logos I've found. The company is a mobile soft serve truck. Would like it B&W or Black and single color. Please create art in a fashion that I can change the one color. I like the face and style of the Spee Dee guy logo but put into the format of the one with the guy holding the cone. Liking to keep the 50's look.

Text will be added around the circle latter once name is chosen. Art needs to be able to be used small on a business card as well as large for a vehicle wrap and have clean lines for embroidery.
