Flyer Design Brief

We are a small company based in Sydney that run a webcasting business specifically focused on the funeral industry. People that can not attend the funeral in person are able to watch it through our service if the family organises it. We need a flyer designed at this stage that we can provide to Funeral Directors that they can have at the funeral homes, as well as at Cemeteries and Crematoria that will describe our business.
The purpose of the flyer is to describe the service to the family considering it, and tell them how to book. Basically we just want people to know that you can even do this!
We our logo designed already and a bunch of different versions of it. We also have a few shutterstock images that we are happy to use.
We are looking for a flyer that is clean and modern, but not sad or morbid. For an example of how this can be done well please look at a website for a funeral director http://www.galaxyfunerals.com.au/ . They do this very well. It needs to give off a positive feel, but still needs to be somewhat restrained due to the nature of the industry. I hope this make sense, and if not please let me know. We just need an A4 double sided flyer. We hare happy to get more images should you suggest them. I have done just a mock up - but looks bare and terrible - but gives you the layout of info that we think needs to be there.
