I need a logo that reflects the below. The business description is below and the name of the business is Engage Me
An organization is the sum of its people. Engage Me works closely with its clients to deliver stakeholders best Return On Investment for their organizations, by assisting in the wellness development of their people.
Engage Me believes that the key fuel for growth and new opportunities in any organisation is its people. Progressive organisations which have a wellness program for its employee’s experience a growth in its most valuable asset, its human capital, thus increasing the value of their organizations for its key stakeholders.
By engaging employees in a wellness strategy an organisation can take the organisation to the next level.
Does health matter to your business? It should!
Australians are working longer and experiencing greater levels of stress than ever before. It makes sense that an organisation should engage in a wellness strategy to retain their best people and ensure they are continually performing at the highest level.
The cost of absenteeism in Australia is estimated at $7 billion each year, while the cost of presenteeism (not fully functioning at work because of medical conditions) is nearly four times more, estimated at almost $26 billion in 2005–06 (Medibank Private 2005- The Health of Australia’s Workforce.) It is Australian employers that bear many of the indirect costs associated with absenteeism and presenteeism.

With lifestyle related illness now costing the Australian economy an estimated $33bn annually, you have to ask yourself… Exactly how much are unhealthy staff members costing you? Research has consistently shown wellness programs to be a financially effective way to reduce the enormous cost burden of lifestyle related illness.

Engage Me is interested in improving your employee wellness and health. In our fast paced and busy lives it is often easy to convince ourselves that we don’t have time to engage in healthy habits. We often make excuses to make ourselves feel better about unhealthy choices whether it be what we eat, how physically active we are or making time to get a health check-up. As a result we often do not notice the signs and symptoms of letting our health slide until it is too late.

By identifying lifestyle factors that affect our health and wellbeing before they begin to take a toll on our bodies and seeking some guidance on simple everyday activities that can avoid some of these pitfalls, we are well on our way to living longer and healthier lives and being more productive in both our work and personal worlds.

So what is Engage Me suggesting?

A softly softly approach to improving employee health and wellness where employee’s can voluntary opt in/out program:

• Group fitness training
• Health Check
• Nutritional program
• Group yoga or pilates

Stage 1 is to get employee buy-in to the program. Should employees not buy in to the program it is best to re-evaluate again in 3-6 months. Should employee's not be interested in a program like this we believe that the organisation has greater issues than the wellness of its employees to take care of.
