Brochure Design Brief

Create a 4 page (A4) white paper / brochure that provides an overview of the hiring process that we use to help churches find and hire new ministers. We want to stress that we are focused on the "Churches of Christ" and that we help churches find long term ministers and get off of the hiring carousel. We would like to see designs that are consistent with the colors, look and feel of our website (www.MinisterMatch.com) (especially the home page and the picture of the carousel). The images inside the "Pages" file were just put there as dummies as we created the document and can be recreated, replaced or adjusted as needed. We have high-res or vector graphics for all images on the website. The final design should communicate professionalism and confidence.

Target Market(s)

Church members who are serving on the search committee to help find a new minister for their congregation. They are conservative, 30-60 years old, 70% male. Education level could be anywhere form high school to post doctorate.

Requirements

Must have

• 1. A cleaned up version of the vector funnel shown in the Pages file. Right now a lot of the original highlights turned black when we tried to edit them in iDraw. The colors need to be modified to match the scheme created in this document. We have the original EPS if someone can clean it up in Photoshop.
• 2. A space left blank for an ad to be inserted later that would promote the Hiring Handbook. This overview brochure is really an executive summary of the handbook.
• 3. A Contact Us block that includes: Minister Match, LLC, 410 South Lowe Avenue, Cookeville, TN 38501, (931)-881-3930, www.MinisterMatch.com

Nice to have

• 1. A side bar ad for our Guided Search Services as discussed at http://www.ministermatch.com/index.php/guided-search/what-is-a-guided-search
• 2. We will be publishing other 1 page flyers or documents that are related to this Overview document but will be separate publications. It would be nice if we could get a 1 and 2 page design that gives a consistent look and feel to this larger 4 page document.
• 3. Strong cross-connection with the look and feel of the website (www.MinisterMatch.com)

Should not have

• 1. Pictures of women. 99% of the ministers in the churches of christ are men.
